1 - You may ride on a public road at any time, provided you remain on the right-hand side of the road and do not hinder other traffic.
2 - When riding an ATV on private land, you do not need to wear a protective helmet.
3 - To transport a passenger on an ATV modified by the addition of a passenger seat, the operator must be at least 18 years of age, have taken a training course and hold a valid certificate of competence.
4 - It is legal to transport a passenger on an ATV modified by the addition of a passenger seat, anywhere on public land.
5 - Since December 1, 2011, snowmobiling is no longer allowed on trails at night, between midnight and 6 a.m., unless regulations set a different time period.
