This section covers aspects of managing, designing and rehabilitating infrastructures that comprise the road network. It is divided into the following sub-sections:

• Roadways: describes the particular context of pavement in Québec, offers a subscription to the Info DLC (Direction du laboratoire des chaussées) newsletter, allows you to download a pavement design software, and gives access to departmental policy on pavement type selection;
• Infrastructure materials: discusses the laboratory evaluation of materials performance in the soil and foundations sectors, aggregates, hydrocarbonated binders, coated material, cement concrete, the physiochemistry of materials, metallurgy, paint and signage products.
• Standardization: gives access to Volume V - Traffic Control Devices which covers the body of the ministère des Transports standards on traffic control devices for highways and bikeways.
