The Business Centre section presents information and useful or necessary documentation for companies wishing to do business with the ministère des Transports.

The centre includes the following subsections:

• Public-private partnership: explanation of the PPP formula and the difference between the standard approach and that of the public-private partnership, presentation of the conditions required to develop a partnership of this kind, forms of government and ministerial monitoring, possible types of partnerships, sectors in which this type of partnership could be created as well as the main steps involved in project development.
• Road projects: which present the major construction projects of the future—a very near future, in some cases.
• One-stop Service: discusses the Evaluation Process for New Products and Technologies and Certification programs.
