Anyone who is paid to act directly or indirectly as an intermediary in a transaction between third parties the purpose of which is transportation of persons or goods by a heavy vehicle must be entered on the list of transport service intermediaries kept by the Commission.
Entry on the list is mandatory for those who provide services as transport intermediaries in Québec. Any contract entered into with a transport service intermediary that has not been registered or has not renewed its registration will automatically be declared null.
